By downloading, accessing, or using the WeTrain mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

WeTrain is a gym accountability partner mobile application that allows users to:

• Connect with workout partners through unique pairing codes
• Log daily workout check-ins
• Send motivational messages to partners
• Track workout streaks and progress
• Receive push notifications about partner activities

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of WeTrain, you agree to:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Respect other users and refrain from harassment or abusive behavior
• Only connect with partners you know and trust

4. Account Registration

To use WeTrain, you must register for an account using one of the following methods:

• Sign in with Apple
• Email and password
• Phone number verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Partner Connections

WeTrain allows you to connect with workout partners through a unique 6-character pairing code. By sharing your code or entering someone else's code, you consent to sharing certain activity information with that partner, including:

• Workout check-in status
• Workout notes and details (if shared)
• Streak information
• Motivational messages

Only connect with partners you know and trust. WeTrain is not responsible for interactions between connected partners.

7. Push Notifications

WeTrain uses push notifications to keep you informed about your partner's activities, check-in reminders, and motivational messages. You can manage your notification preferences within the App settings.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by WeTrain and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeTrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement to the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
